The ScrollTech Zero oil-free scroll compressor is completely safe from contamination, compact and extremely quiet, incorporating all of Metalplan's technology in compression and treatment of air and other fluids accumulated over four decades.

This air compressor has no oil in any of its components and is suitable for sophisticated industrial processes, laboratories, medical and dental clinics, as well as human breathing* and the supply of therapeutic compressed air*, in accordance with RDC 50 ANVISA.

Scroll technology in air and gas compression systems is gaining ground among users due to its reliability, efficiency and durability, especially when compared to obsolete oil-free piston compressors.

The scroll compression chamber consists of a fixed helicoid and an orbital helicoid, whose eccentric movement progressively reduces the air volume until the desired pressure is reached. This operation is continuous, smooth, extremely quiet and vibration-free.

The ScrollTech Zero oil-free compressor is available in power ratings from 5 to 50 hp and allows you to easily achieve the guidelines of ISO 22000 (food industry) and Class Zero for the contaminant "oil" of ISO 8573, the international benchmark for compressed air systems.

Safety against contamination can be enhanced by a ModuCarb Zero Class* module, equipped with sensors¹ to prevent the system from being contaminated with oil vapors from the environment.

The TouchControl Mastercontrol HMI controls and monitors the main functions of the ScrollTech Zero compressor to ensure maximum reliability and energy efficiency.

Equipment condensate is clean and does not contain lubricant and can be disposed of freely in the environment, while condensate from lubricated equipment requires proper treatment so as not to contaminate the soil.
