The Aqua+ water/oil separator from Metalplan is compatible with the condensate from compressed air generated by any type of lubricated compressor.

Its innovative design eliminates the need for gravity pre-separation and level adjustment, required in conventional separators to prevent overflow.

The Aqua+ water/oil separator strictly follows the guidelines of ISO 14001, CETESB (Art.18 and 19A), and meets the requirements of CONAMA 430 and ABNT NBR 14.605.

Due to its guaranteed sealing, there is no possibility of soil contamination by the separated oil, allowing the balance of your company's compressed air system with the environment at a very low cost.

Contamination control carried out by the Aqua+ water/oil separator is essential in disposing of condensate with any hydrocarbon content, whether in the compressor room or in the compressed air distribution network. Mishandling of this waste can lead to serious environmental problems. In addition, fines and sanctions are imposed on companies that fail to comply with environmental protection legislation.

The Aqua+ features a flexible condensate inlet, allowing up to four connections. The pre-filter, designed to withstand large quantities of oil, is responsible for depressurizing the condensate through resilient permeable layers, retaining all solids before the post-filter.

The post-filter, designed for maximum condensate purity, achieves an excellent level of quality before disposal (<5ppm).
