The PowerPack Flex DD biogas compressor compresses the gas supplied by the biodigester to pressures of up to 20 bar, for electricity generation or upgrading to biomethane, a clean fuel that can be directly integrated into existing natural gas infrastructure.

The equipment offers a flow rate of up to 3000 m³/h and power of up to 450 kW, with high energy efficiency, thanks to a combination that includes: high-efficiency electric motor, IR3 standard, for classified areas; direct coupling between the motor and the compressor unit; frequency inverter/speed variator for optimized operation; and water or air cooling, providing high isothermal efficiency. The synthetic lubricant used is specially formulated for biogas use.

To ensure total safety in equipment use, pressure vessels are designed, built, and tested in accordance with ASME, sec.VIII, Div. 1, and NR-13.
