Biomethane is a clean fuel that can be directly integrated into existing natural gas infrastructure, replacing diesel consumption and ensuring both economic savings and environmental preservation. The gas is obtained through the refinement and processing of biogas, generated by the decomposition of organic matter such as agricultural waste, food waste, and sewage.

The entire process of capturing, purifying, and energetically utilizing biogas receives a sustainability seal, whether through the reduction of carbon footprint, greenhouse gas emissions, or the reuse of solid organic material as fertilizer.

The DA 300 M biomethane compressor offers a flow rate of up to 6000 Nm³/h, power of up to 400 kW, and operates at pressures of up to 100 bar (optionally up to 300 bar).

To ensure maximum energy efficiency, it features a high-efficiency electric motor, IR3 standard, for hazardous areas; direct coupling between motor and compressor unit; and frequency inverter/speed variator for optimized operation. Cooling can be achieved through water or air, providing high isothermal efficiency.

The equipment can be lubricated or oil-free. The lubricated version uses synthetic oil, specially formulated for use with biogas/biomethane. Oil filters and separators are spin-on type, facilitating maintenance. Non-lubricated or oil-free cylinders feature a "type B" spacer, according to API-618.

The configuration can be with 2 or 3 cylinders, with a compact layout and optimized space, along with innovative piston and seal designs and materials. Vibration is minimal, thanks to a perfectly balanced assembly.

The DA 300 M biomethane compressor can be installed outdoors, without the need for a machine room.
