The fluid temperature of this chilled water unit is regulated directly on the Mastercontrol panel and the control instruments keep it constant, with an accuracy of 0.1°C, guaranteeing the quality of your process.

While thermoregulators, dry coolers and thermo-chillers are limited to a few applications, the Polar chiller is ideal for the most varied services, such as: thermoforming, cutting and welding, laminating, tube extrusion, sheet extrusion, flexography, blow molding, balloon extrusion and injection.

Metalplan's chilled water unit has a brazed aluminum microchannel condenser, which can withstand high ambient temperatures, has low resistance to air flow and is equipped with a reusable dust filter, making it the best industrial refrigeration solution for your business.

The stainless steel evaporator provides total protection against corrosion. Its compact design allows for a better arrangement of the refrigeration system and greater heat exchange efficiency.

The electronic expansion valve allows for precise control of the refrigerant flow, providing great energy savings.
The ultra-quiet fans have a 60% lower noise level than conventional fans, with a high flow rate and low energy consumption.

The 100% aluminum water tank guarantees corrosion-free hydraulic piping and low flow restrictions. In addition, all components can be made from stainless steel (optional), including the cabinet.

The scroll refrigeration compressor provides silent, vibration-free operation, volumetric efficiency close to 100%, and supports high liquid return rates. The scroll compressor also dispenses with suction and discharge valves and compresses under any pressure condition.
