The fluid temperature of this chilled water unit is regulated directly on the Mastercontrol panel and the control instruments keep it constant, with a precision of 0.1°C, ensuring the quality of your process.

While temperature regulators, dry coolers, and thermo-chillers have limited use in some applications, the Polar chiller is ideal for various services such as thermoforming, cutting and welding, lamination, tube extrusion, sheet extrusion, flexography, blowing, balloon extrusion, and injection.

Metalplan's chilled water unit features a microchannel condenser in brazed aluminum, which withstands high ambient temperatures, has low air flow resistance, and comes equipped with a reusable dust filter, making it the best industrial cooling solution for your business.

The stainless steel evaporator provides total protection against corrosion. Its compact design allows for better arrangement of the refrigeration system and greater thermal exchange efficiency.
The electronic expansion valve allows for precise control of the refrigerant flow, providing significant energy savings.

The ultra-silent fans have a noise level 60% lower than conventional ones, with high flow and low energy consumption.

The 100% aluminum water reservoir ensures a corrosion-free hydraulic pipeline and low flow restriction. Additionally, all components can be manufactured in stainless steel (optional), including the cabinet.

The scroll refrigeration compressor provides silent and vibration-free operation, with a volumetric efficiency close to 100%, and withstands high liquid return rates. The scroll compressor also eliminates the need for suction and discharge valves and compresses under any pressure condition.
